The PK KOSTKA bale press is an ideal machine for collecting straw, which is also used successfully for hay harvesting. If runners are installed for briquettes, the compressed material goes directly to the trailer, which is installed behind the press, which significantly reduces the duration and laboriousness of the collection. The optimum design, excellent working parameters, durability and reliability of the machine are qualities due to which the bale press has been produced for more than 30 years, constantly improving their design. Today, almost 100,000 of these machines are already working in agriculture.

The design of the press chamber allows you to adjust the compression ratio (up to approx. 180 kg / m³), ​​set the briquette length from 0.3 to 1.3 m and install the drop-down bales in different planes.

A balanced connecting rod-piston system improves operator comfort and reduces the harmful effects of vibrations on an aggregated tractor.

Hydraulic pick-up lift improves work comfort and safety. The two knitting machines used are quickly and carefully wrapped in bales formed by the press.

The use of machine protection ensures long and safe operation. A friction unidirectional coupling on the flywheel (900 Nm) protects the drive shaft. Behind the flywheel, an additional automatic clutch is installed, protecting the entire machine (six disc springs). Cut-off screws protect needles and attachments. Additionally, the rake and pick-up are equipped with overload clutches.
